1. Introduction

In the vast labyrinth of our inner worlds, a unique kind of loneliness often lingers as a silent whisper from the past, carrying the weight of ancestral pain. As I delve into the depths of my own experience, I find myself confronting this sense of separation accompanied with a deep sense of forlorn that is both intimate and ancient, a yearning for spiritual transformation that beckons me towards ancestral healing. Through the echoes of my forebears' unfinished stories, I've come to realize that the loneliness I feel is not just my own experience, but a shared legacy, a call to complete a sphere of evolution that began as a mere dot. Join me as we explore this poignant journey, learning from the universe's quest for completion, as I share the intimate steps of my own soul's odyssey. This interconectedness with the invisible worlds is felt by all of us, this is how the threads of our lineage shape our present and propel us towards wholeness.

2. The Unexpected Revelation and invisible guidance

At times, life's most profound lessons are cloaked in the most unexpected of guises..These are moments in life when the universe seems to conspire to lead us towards wholness on our soul journey.

One such evening, I felt an irresistible pull, a guiding hand leading me to a movie that promised much more than entertainment. As I settled in to watch "Avatar 2," little did I know that I was about to embark on a voyage of ancestral healing.

As a woman who cherishes the whispers of intuition, I recognized this nudge as a sign, a celestial invitation, and I accepted it, unaware of the great release that was awaited me.

The experience was nothing short of cathartic. As the story progressed, a profound discomfort took hold of me. My body shook, an inner voice screaming for me to look away, to escape the raw intensity of the emotions being stirred. And at the same time with each scene i felt this urgent call to face the shadows that danced at the edges of awareness. I was fighting the invisie forces, feeling the intense resistance within me, a fear begging me to turn away from the mirror (the film) held up to my face. Yet, I knew, as many of us do when we encounter such moments, that discomfort is the crucible through which we are reborn.

3. Confronting the Abyss: Embracing the Shadows

I decided to pause the film, and started to breathe and surrender to the emotions that surged.

"They destroy everything. They ruin everything." The words were reverberating through my being, and memories of ancestors, the traumatised sjamans were arrising. Showing me the patterns generations after generations. Especcially this event accompanied with those beliefs were the originater of a long line of grief and despair. The movie touched the frequency of my deepest fears. It was as if it articulated a silent forlorn I had carried within me from the moment i came to this world.

As tears cascaded down my cheeks, I allowed myself to be cradled by the ancestral healing that began to unfold. It was a surrender to the guidance of the unseen, to the ancestral voices that had been silenced by time yet still echoed in the chambers of my DNA. A great part of our human subconcious is the the sum of our ancestors, the body holds the record and no energy will ever get to be destroyed, it only can transform.

4. The Legacy of Pain is the process of Alchemy

We all are alchemist's, turning lead into gold. In my case the "Avatar 2" became a pilgrimage to the parts of myself I had long felt but couldnt reach. It was a revelation, a shedding of old skins, and an invitation to step into the power of my own emotional body and wisdom. The guidance of the unseen hand had is always lovingly guiding us to confront the ruins within, only to discover that within them lay the seeds of rebirth.

I had been feeling the echoes of the unfelt, unfinished event that had reverberated through eighteen generations, hiding in the shadows, waiting to be embraced, This part of my root was creating the experience of lonliness and forlorn.

... it can be intens from time to time. But i would'nt want it any other way.

Having the tools and awerness enables me to hold space for my internal processes, For many years i have been healing and geathering those recources to be able to innerstand my true nature.

5. The great Mirror

In my experience everything/ everyone in our outer projection is The magical Mirror of our internal world, but there is true magic in films & music. It is wonderful medium through which the whispers of our ancestors, and the wisdom of the soul can be seen, felt, surrendered . When we open ourselves to receive the signs, it will be nudging us towards healing and transformation.

So, dear reader, I invite you to open yourself to the messages that seek you out, whether through the language of film or other signs, listening to the sudden urges that are nudging you to explore the unknown. Embrace the discomfort, for it is there that the most profound revelations await. And remember, in the dance of light and shadow, you are never alone; the guidance of the unseen is always with you, gently leading you towards the light of your own becoming.

6. Conclusion

After each moment of great transformation we remember that even this is not an end, but a gateway to infinite possibilities. Like the eternal dance of existence, we too are in constant motion, our energies transforming and intertwining with the universe in a perpetual ballet of creation and dissolution.

As I look back on the moments that have led me to this point, I see the majestic whales, whose grace reminds us of the strength and wisdom that come from navigating the vast oceans of existence. I see the shimmering crystals, their facets reflecting the many truths of our being. I see the resilient Great Mother Earth, a testament to the enduring spirit that lies within us all. And I see the infinite depths of our souls, a reminder that we are more than the sum of our experiences. Each one of us is the best of all our ancestors and even beyond that. We are all spirit having a hue-man experience, closing spheres and start new ones.

Keep dancing the dance of existence, where energy is our eternal essence—remind us of our true Source.

7. Embracing the Present: Practical steps

Acknowledge and validate the feelings and sensations that arise in your body awareness, rather than suppressing them. Know that you are safe to feel. Be with all that is moving, its energy, and breathe through your nose and out through the mouth with a sigh. Bring as much love and softness to the hurt parts as you can. Stay in your body by tapping it and feeling your feet as you breathe. Say to yourself, "I love and accept myself." Allow it to unfold.

Reflect afterward through journaling and introspection. You do not have to understand it, just to feel it. If you want to release the limiting beliefs that are still anchored within,

Ask yourself:

1. What am I believing about the situation that keeps creating these thoughts, feelings, and behaviors?

2. Why am I fighting for this limitation? How do I believe that it is who I am or that it is mine?

3. Is this creating the things I want in life? Is it working? Am I believing that this will be here forever?

4. If I had a magic wand, all the power of the Universe, would I release this?

Release, see yourself zooming out, and you are now looking down on yourself and this belief , thought, feeling, etc., that you are still experiencing from the Moon. How big is it your problem?

(: I don't want to spoil it for you, but yes, it's that big from a distance, yet we keep marinating in it, and the next generations will reflect it back until one of us is ready to do the work.

Are you ready to be the Universe that can create, destroy, and transform it in an instant?

You can now visualize the problem and feel it until you are empty, neutral. Science prooved that it takes 90 seconds to transmute energy just by allowing it to be and witnessing it with compassion.

Integrate

Engaging in art can help you to entegrate your new experience. Make a simple art expressing this experience, it's for yourself and its not about esthetics. Its about your integration. Or move furniture, plant a seed, gardening, clean or do something that you were postponing that feels aligned.

Community & Support

Despite the urge to withdraw, stay open and find support. We are living in a world full of beautiful souls, our ego has been programmed by culture and modeling throug caregivers, society that separation is real and needing to be supported to feel the connection.
